The company's technology director and corporation representative is Dai Tianyi. He established the first "airplane fluid series contaminant testing station", which has won the first class medal in technology progress of Pre-aviation industry. Dai has got 7 technology and progress medals in Henan Province and 4 of his articles have been praised as excellent articles by Aviation Hydraulic and Metallurgy Lubrication Associations. He has developed 12 standard items with filtration technology in the industries of Aviation, Chemical and machinery; and the "waste of reuse device" has got the state patent.

Xinxiang Dongfeng is located in the "City of Filters"---Xinxiang City, its workshop occupies a land area of ten thousand square meters, and has more than 200 machine tools, including 10 processing centers and 13 imported machines. So it can process precision accessories freely.
